Information for Delegates
Registration Desk
Registration Desk is open from 08.00am Thursday 15th to Saturday 17th May 2025.
The registration Desk is situated at the foyer of Olympic Hall l (-1 level) and will be open during the hours of the meeting.
Only delegates with the correct badge will be allowed access to the conference and exhibition areas. Please visit the registration desk to receive your printed badge and the coupon for dinner (if you have registered for the Gala Dinner).
Halls
As you navigate the venue, you will find signs posted throughout the halls to guide you. Additionally, our friendly staff are readily available to assist with orientation and to answer any questions you may have.
Olympia Hall
Located on the -1 level, Olympia Hall will host the sessions for LIVE2025, ESCVS2025, AOL, and HAS.
Attica Hall
Situated on the ground floor, Attica Hall will host the sessions for ESCVS2025 and the ESVS Workshop Speed.
Conference Room 1
Located on the first floor, Conference Room 1 will host the Oral Presentations of the ESCVS Cardiac Program and the ESVS Workshop: Aortic Triathlon by EVST.
Conference Room 2
Situated on the second floor, Conference Room 2 will host the Oral Presentations of the ESCVS Vascular Program.
Abbey Hal
Situated on the ground floor, Abbey Hall will host the Industry Workshops and Shared Workshops on Venous and PDA
E-Poster Area
Located in the exhibition area (see map below).
Alexander Hall
Located on the ground floor, Alexander Hall will host the ESVS Meeting, the ESCVS EC Meeting, and the ESCVS General Assembly.
Exhibition Area
Is situated at the Olympia Foye at -1 level.
Oral Presentation
Will be presented on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday according to the program, at the Conference Rooms 1 and 2. The Best Presentations will be awarded for each category (Vascular, Cardiac) as below and will be announced during the Gala dinner:
- First prize 550€ / each winner
- Second prize 300€ / each winner
- Third prize 200€ / each winner
Presenters should bear in mind that their presence during the Gala Dinner is required for the award nomination procedure.
Young Surgeon Awards
Will be presented on Thursday according to the program, at the Conference Rooms 1 and 2. The best one will be awarded with 550€ and be announced during the Gala dinner. Presenters should bear in mind that their presence during the Gala Dinner is required for the award nomination procedure.
E-Posters
E-Posters will be presented on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday according to the program at the E-Poster Area. The best one will be awarded with 300€ and be announced during the Gala dinner. Presenters should bear in mind that their presence during the Gala Dinner is required for the award nomination procedure.
E-Posters are also available to view on the app and at the e-poster area during the symposium.

Congress app
Keep the congress in your pocket “ESCVS2025”
The congress app “ESCVS2025” will be available soon. The App will include details on the scientific programme, faculty members, floorplan for the exhibition areas and all halls, general information on the congress and access to the voting of the debates.
Refreshments
Refreshments will be available in several locations at the foyer of Olympia Hall (-1 level). Social events schedule, is available on the app and the congress official website.
Welcome Reception: at the Olympia Foyer
Thursday 15th of May at 20.00
Join us at the Welcome Reception on Thursday evening at the Olympia Foye, immediately after the last presentation. This is an ideal opportunity to catch up with all those friends you may not have seen in a while. All registered delegates are welcome to the Welcome Reception.

EACCME / CME Credits
The symposium is accredited with 21 European CME credits by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME®). Attendance at each session will be monitored and recorded so please scan your badge every time you enter and exit the Lecture Halls.
The Certificate of Attendance with the CME points credited will be available after the meeting and on completing the Evaluation Form. A link and details will be available on the official website at the section General Information and via e-blast after the conclusion of the congress.
